We have a passion for blending old world alchemy with modern food wisdom.


Wild Branch Foods, was founded in the late fall of 2009 in Craftsbury, Vermont. Inspired by the Wild Branch River and the hardwood forests of the Northeast kingdom where we collected our Chaga,Turkey tail, and Maple Sap.  

 Our Company is a collective of farmers, foragers, herbalists and food professionals. We hail from the Lake Champlain Bio-region of Vermont and the Adirondacks.  


Our Farms

11 Acre Farm

11 Acre farm in located in the hardwood clayplains of the Lewis Creek in Charlotte, VT.  Close to Lake Champlain it is warmer than much of the rest of Vermont. A working agroforestry farm, 11 acre grows tree crops, mushrooms, maple sap, berries, nuts, and medicinal herbs.

Wild Branch Farm

Located in Craftsbury, VT Wild Branch Mushrooms grows several types of mushrooms in their cave/greenhouse along with a vegetable CSA, cattle, and mycelium.
